How To Change Your Lifestyle Without Killing Yourself In The Process

Are you screaming inside, "I want to know how to get rid of man boobs now!"?

Since I started this blog, 5 months ago (October 2007), I've gotten emails from all over the world asking me for advise about healthy and natural ways to lose the chest fat.

First of all, I want to thank all of you for writing to me. I'm still getting flooded with emails and I'm having a great time responding to every one of them. Please forgive me if I haven't gotten back to you yet, I absolutely will!



The most common questions I've been getting are:

Will diet, nutrition and exercise really help me lose my man boobs?

How can I learn more about what foods are best for me to eat?

What are the best exercises to start with for an out-of-shape "big guy" like me?




I'm going to answer these questions and others in a few videos that I'm working on. I'll start to post these in the next week or so. For now, I'll just say this...


Food is a huge factor in whether or not your body is storing fat or burning it. What you eat will absolutely have an impact on the way you look and feel.

Certain foods will affect your hormone balance. Beef, for example, may contain various hormones that were fed to the cow in order to "beef it up". Guess what? If you eat that cow, your body will be injesting those hormones and then, well...



Regarding exercise, and the best foods for you...
Honestly, a lot of this will depend on your specific condition. Factors like how long you've had man boobs and what other foods and substances you put into your body will make a difference.

I will address some of this in the videos though, so at least, you'll have a starting point to work with.

**Reduce fat in ur diet

**Add Turmeric(Indian herb), garlic, black pepper, cardommom, chillies to

your daily diet in tiny quantities.

** Also make a paste of above mentioned herbs using lemon juice and Alum(very Important--Phitkari, available at Indian shops) and apply this paste on your moobs and strap it.

You will notice astonishing results mate...........hava gud one

Though nothing has been conclusive from the previous studies of the cause of gynecomastia, it is generally attributed to hormonal imbalance or medication.

i think that balanced diet with proper chest exercise is the best way to lose man boobs.
